Healthy outlet for students, faculty, and staff that integrates traditional relaxation and recreational activities to alleviate the anxiety/distress that many encounter during final exams. Come out and have fun as your relax, take a break, and unwind. 

11:30 a.m.-noon: Intro to Meditation

12:15-1 p.m.: Yoga Practice for Stress Relief

1:15-1:30 p.m.: Introduction to Meditation
